I believe that every design is personal. The connection we have with clients determines how the projects will look at the end of the design process. We must understand the clients and bond with them, be a part of their dream. Their dream is our dream. Designing is my passion. I love to help people see their dreams come true.
Melinda started decorating homes in 2000. She completed a home correspondence course with the Professional Career Institute and began decorating houses for friends. Realizing that there was more to design than just decorating, she went back to school in 2002. In August of 2007, Melinda graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design.
Working with, Interior Designers, Architects, Engineers and then with Contactors, Melinda began designing Homes. Learning the program, Chief Architect, and working with the owners of a Residential Construction Company, Melinda began designing homes for the public.
From that company, Melinda went to work for a Land Developer who had her design inside Commercial buildings and Residential Homes. Projects such as the Fashion District, Dickey’s Barbeque, Marble Slab, Sweets & Eats, Bravo Hair Salon and Homes in Timber Cove just to name a few.
